End of Service Gratuity

Art. 84–85: half-month wage per year for the first 5 years, full month per year afterwards. Resignation reduction applies to indefinite contracts only.

Unfair Dismissal Compensation

Art. 77 (if no agreed amount): indefinite contract = 15 days wage per year; fixed-term = wages for the remaining period. Minimum: 2 months wage.

Annual Leave Balance

Art. 109: 21 days annual leave, rising to 30 days after 5 years of service. Unused balance is paid based on the wage.

Overtime Pay

Art. 107: overtime hour = hourly wage + 50% (hourly × 1.5). Hourly wage = monthly wage ÷ 240.

GOSI Contributions

Saudis: employee 9.75%, employer 11.75%. Non-Saudis: 2% (occupational hazards) on employer only. Capped at a 45,000 wage.

Net Salary

Net = basic + allowances − GOSI employee share (Saudis) − other deductions. GOSI is estimated on basic + allowances (capped 45,000).

Notice Period Compensation

Art. 75: indefinite contract needs 60 days notice (monthly-paid) or 30 days. Fixed-term ends at its term; early termination follows Art. 77.
